      Pros

      Great colleagues and flexible working hours. Always feel supported by my team. Most of my coworkers have been with Mayhew for close to 10 years.

      Cons

      There are no cons. Some of the other reviews look like they were from disgruntled past, probably fired employees.

      Pros

      Great working environment, lots of perks in the office that's keeps you on/off work and helps you refocus yourself.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are low compared to the workload that they are giving you. Management doesn't really listen to employees and they don't value their opinions and feedbacks. It's hard to get your concerns escalated to top management and the HR doesn't really care and won't help you.
