Paycheck- guaranteed 40 hrs a week Schedule flexibility Easy CSR job once you learn the system No strict dress code

Little to no pay raises Too many pointless rules So many people with egos Management is disorganized Favoritism Not a positive work environment Your supervisor says she will take care of upset customers but she never will Will hire just about anybody so be prepared to work with people who lied on their resume, get paid more than you but are incompetent
