      If you don't care, then you can go home on time. Just look like busy and your life will be easy.

      Cons

      Working at investment banking group. Senior management in the dept no direction. Focus on office politics more than real work. Just do surface level to get by and no one cares whether you deliver so long you suck up to the boss.
