First, thank you so much for your many years of service to the individuals we serve! We appreciate you. Thanks also for your list of pros about the work! Each of the items on your list are a result of intentional work and planning to support our teams in the best way possible and to provide ongoing opportunities for learning and growth. We want everyone to stay as long as you have, and longer! Lastly, our staff know better than anyone the challenges associated with serving individuals with complex needs, including intensive behaviors. It's why the training you mention is so critical -- to protect the individuals we serve and the staff who serve them. Thank you for your dedication to these individuals who require this level of care.

Pros

May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!
