      Pros

      Nothing is good about Maxxon. You will never move up in this company.

      Cons

      Management is horrible and unorginzed. You will never be appreciated. Management lies - I truly believe Maxxon is evading tax laws etc. Upper management received a 95K bonus but told cut holiday bonus for other employees the week before Christmas with no explanation.
