      Pros

      Above average workplace culture Great work life balance Room to grow Learning and Development resources are in abundance.

      Cons

      Treated as another small cog in a big machine and nothing more. Most of the people there are wonderful and should you work here, you will fit right in. Like most workplaces, there are a select few who are blatantly insufferable. Maxxia is no different and suffer a high turnover of staff when it really shouldn't compared to other ASX listed companies.

      Job stability and can go for appointments in between job because of long lunch break.

      Cons

      No benefits just referral benefit of 1500.

      Pros

      Great place to work if you're driven and committed to learn. You get out what you put in. If you work hard, you will be remunerated well. Management are friendly and will grant you autonomy.

      Cons

      Big corporate companies often mean that there's people in other departments making decisions that will impact your job and your customers without prior consultation.
