Pros
Pay was great, people were awesome, location was perfect, work-life balance and benefits were great - in-office snacks and parking paid for.
Cons
A few managers on my jobs were willing to help, but service jobs are all based on your clients and your teams. My manager, for a majority of our engagements, was very inpatient and not willing to teach me. For example, she became easily annoyed that I hadn't touched certain sections before, on the scale of their client businesses, and also would become verbally annoyed/aggressive when I would miss a small detail in a WP through her review. My situation was more so manager-fit, but feel that my experience with her overshadowed the work I did and the firm then became unwilling to work with me/teach me and they pushed me out.
