Pros
Startup type atmosphere, could also be considered a negative for some I guess. Some very smart people working really hard to do the right things.
Cons
Compensation is sub-par, product is not mature despite being told that it is and pushing it on customers. Not easy to deploy despite being advertised as such. CEO too engaged in every day functions like expense reporting and nitpicking at literally cents. Becomes a bit exhausting to deal with.
