The worst culture company here - Lead Recruiter Maxonic Employee Review

Both my recruiter, Sandeep, and my account rep, Lissa, were amazing throughout the entire process, offering feedback when possible, and being incredibly open and transparent all along. Terrible communications, Lack of communications. Employees are on their own and must advocate for themselves. If there is a company culture, it's not apparent to the employees contracted to clients.
