Wonderful co-workers and a great schedule. Wonderful people all around. The building is wonderful with the lunch room and workout room too. I truly enjoyed it.

Technical support works on a call back basis which can be a bit tricky. Granted that was a few years ago. I don't know what it is like now.

Working at Maxitrol has overall been a pretty good experience. For the most part you are treated with respect, and they are small enough that you still feel like its a family business.

Not big enough for much career growth. This is really characteristic of any business of this size and not really a hit against Maxitrol specifically.
