      Healthy work enviornment Positive work culture The work enviornment is good and they always encourage the employees to be innovative. The best thing is that the management has a open door policy from whom you can expect support professinally.

      Bad pay and insurance. No matching. No respect. Few US employees

      Cons

      So many cons. The pay sucks the insurance is so expensive and you never know if you will a have a job from one day to the next.
