THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR. I HATED IT. Work here if you want to be an underpaid robot. I had moments where my throat hurt because I received 100+ calls a day - I would take a break to rest my voice but my micromanaging boss would have an issue with it. I got written up for it as well even though I told them that I needed to rest my voice. Also, good luck using the bathroom. They tell you when you take too many breaks and also tell you there isn't a limit. Oh and supervisors sound as if they are reading from a script when you provide feedback.

Pros

Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

Cons

Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
