Pros

A source of income. Allowed overtime. Ability to educate and assist Marketplace customer choose the right healthcare plans for their family or themselves.

Cons

Understood the security measures taken, but too many corporate policies, procedures and over-training appeared to keep stability for someone else's position, it was overkill to the point where it made many of the CSRs miserable.

Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

Cons

Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

This company allows me to be who I am and gives me the freedom to learn the way I wanna learn

Just basically that it’s corporate and there’s a chain of title
