They are highly disorganized as a company with poor communication skills and even poorer management skills. HR was never helpful. The systems often went down and you were stuck with nothing to do. Supervisors were promoted with little to no experience. Managers let a lot of poor behavior get swept under the rug to avoid conflict, therefore the poor behavior continued with no consequences. The bathrooms were always filthy and the break rooms were not much better. The benefits were pitiful.
