Pros
In the early years, I learned a lot as a developer, had great opportunities. Used to have a family atmosphere - company and personal milestones were celebrated. Still had a few perks before I left.
Cons
Has become increasingly rigid and profit-driven since being bought out by MAXIMUS and retirement of original partners. New managers are less pleasant to work for.
