Some good people but lack of moral - Anonymous employee Maximus Employee Review

Not good at keeping employees moral up especially when they laid off numerous people. No incentives. Cutting back on tons of things to save money and make themselves comparable to competitors. Lack of communication. Managers want to be everyone's boss.
