Pay is decent and it's a laid back environment
Cons
No feedback on your performance and they fire people left and right without a valid reason. No training... and then they apparently check errors and try to hold you accountable for "errors" (The reason it's in quotes is because it's a new department and it's still a learning process so these errors could be an error today but not tomorrow)
