      Pros

      - work from home - low stakes work (nothing front facing, very little collab with others) - required no problem solving / any reason to think about the job after 5 PM

      Cons

      - low pay, state minimum PTO accrual - overtime was rare - rigid daily quota for decision letters (mostly denials) - extremely repetitive work

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
