      Unlimited time off Slow paced since it is goverment Remote

      Cons

      Only downside is you don't get stock options so it doesn't entice you as much to grow the company

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

      Good pay, incentives, and i like how they have voluntary time off when you want to leave for the day.

      Cons

      Micro-management, work environment, classroom training is not long enough.
