Pros

No pros at this point. You should avoid working here. Talk to former employees before considering an offer from this company.

Cons

Leadership: Poor. They had a CEO who was definitely unqualified for the role with an old-fashioned working and leadership style that proved to be ineffective in helping the company grow or improve. Lots of small wins that had no real impact on the business. New CEO is way better suited for the role, this can help but once again, this is a hard company to work for. Product: Bad performance. It has an old look, is slow, is not improving, is hard to use, and is moving much slower than the industry average in an overcrowded industry. Just take a look at their reviews on G2 or Capterra. Sales & Marketing: It's tough to sell a product that offers poor value. Many seasons of different salespeople and leaders have tried—people from multiple backgrounds and levels of experience. Look at their employee turnover in sales and marketing, a whole new team every two years. Culture: Inexistent. HR does a couple of events per year, otherwise you will hear from them when you are hired and when you leave(high chances of being laid off in this company). They just let go 10 employees recently and many more during the year. They will try to sell that many employees have stayed for a long time, but most of them were just too lazy to look for other opportunities. That said they are getting rid of the old employees pretty fast, about 10 were laid off this year, from multiple teams.

Pros

Teammates are super nice and there are a few managers who care but they all work a ton and I think are very overworked.

Cons

The leadership team with a few exceptions is really bad. They seem more interested in doing what the owner wants then doing what is right for the customers. The customer teams are overwhelmed and underpaid, Don't get me started on the engineering team. They are either too busy or poorly managed so customers catch problems before they do. The tech is old and breaking constantly and the hardest working people in product are the more junior people and support is constantly in the crosshairs. I feel sorry for the sales, account management and marketing teams too. It must be hard to do their jobs with this product. They had turnover in marketing (pretty much everyone) and they apparently have to work with the owners wifes agency which isn't good.

Pros

Great team to work with, C-suite is really nice and everyone cares about your mental health. Always an open door policy and a lot of opportunity for learning + collaboration with other team if initiative is taken. CEO is also amazing, easy to talk to.

Cons

Overall health of the company is down - a lot of employee turnover and struggling financially. CS members are favored extensively even when their performance is terrible, not sure why. Losing a lot of new customers due to low adoption - something they have been working for a long time, yet there is no improvement. Everyone is working the job of two people due to layoffs and budget cut downs - doing manual work as there are no good automations in place and they always break down.
