Pros
Free meals, free shuttle bus service
Cons
I’d strongly advise anyone against taking an HR role at Maxim’s. The company forces staff to follow rigid, “foolproof” procedures with no flexibility, and colleagues rarely adapt their approach to different people.
Recruitment is also poorly run: interviews are held outside among flower beds with no tables or chairs, leaving candidates understandably confused and unprepared.
Employees are also required to work even during Signal No. 8 typhoon or black rainstorm warnings, and safety remains a concern—especially for those who live far from transport stops.
Finally, there’s clear gender discrimination. Even in factory packaging and production roles, men are paid more than women.
Overall: stay away from this company.
