Flexible with the schedules The Maxim Connect website is great with all the benefits and continuing education available The Profit Sharing was exciting but I only had it once when I first started. Everyone is polite and helpful so far.
Cons
Hourly pay rates are average. Profit sharing is good when it’s there. Communication needs to be better regarding their policy’s, paperwork, and the continuing ed for sure. My health insurance was actually canceled because of lack of payment via my check??? Lost me for sure and I STILL don’t have it back . You have to pay for your CPR renewal and class yourself which I’ve never heard of in 32 years of nursing. Communication needs to be improved between the office and field nurses but we all can do better in that department.
