If you have lot of MONEY and enough TIME to WASTE then Maxgen technologies is there for you. If you want certification without getting a coding knowledge they will provide you , if you want to fill your career gap with fake certificate,fake salary slips they will do it , they can provide you 6 month course certificate just after 2-3 months of training (Reading the PDF notes and code which they called training). They don't allow mobile into the interview because HR have fear that someone should not record them. If you want job then pay 60000 Rs non refundable and take 9800 salary after 3 months without PF or any other allowenses as a employee. There business model is , and the trick is Once you paid the fees company owner start pressurise and abusing you to leave the company so they can hire another trainer and charge non refundable amount from him , both HR gets insentive for each hiring so Overall they are making fool to the students who are in the college, who are just pass out from college and don't know where to start IT career and who are having gaps in the career.
Cons
When I join to this company they charge 60,000 Rs from me. I thoughts " after a career gap let's start career again, I will get training and job, even the payment is very very less . Anyhow I will do 1 -2 year job and take experience letter and move on / switch the company ,till then I will have some projects experience and all " But they provide Hardly 2-3 online lectures of 1 hour as a training, without completion of 3 months training period company owner started abusing and pressurise about projects to complete within 1 day or within 2 days. There is no management at all . Company owner only directly call you and explain the project and you have to complete it within a day or within two days and in between she starts calling and asking and makes you frustrated also inbetween she tells you many changes to make in the project, not only that you have to give training to the students online and offline also because you are trainer there. Both HR have different time one comes at 10.30 AM to 3.30 PM and other comes at 2.30 PM to 7.30 PM, but employees comes at 9 am to 7.30 PM and they forced employee to come on time if they late the salary get deducted. These trainer are not getting job because of lack of knowledge they are working as a trainer. One trick they usually do is , they give demo lecture from someone who has some good knowledge, candidate thinks this person will be the trainer but after paying fees he/she will understand it's a trap for just making money and you got trapped. They forcefully fired the trainer itself who supposed to give training to me only because I had more knowledge that trainer and the HR said you do self study.
