Ok benefits, pretty good pay, company vehicles for most who need it.

Benefits could be better. Most of management completely overwhelmed by operational tasks. Can be chaotic at times.

The pay was good when you actually got paid everything that’s owed to you. They give you work clothes and all PPE. Prevailing wage jobs and some of the guys were cool.

Superintendent knew far less then he should to be in that position. If you knew something and he didn’t he’d be intimidated and already start spinning his wheels on how to get you out. Not seeing and appreciating good workers when he sees them. Instead sees them as taking his job
