Pros

The coworkers are great, intelligent and friendly people

Cons

Management is horrendous. Both shift managers and regional directors are abusive, toxic, and emotionally driven. They do not refrain from personal attacks and seem to think it’s acceptable to treat people badly if they are lower in the hierarchy. Most of them have never worked anywhere else and appear to have no understanding of how a normal company should operate. They are technophobic, and the reports they produce are very shallow - basically rewritten articles from popular news websites with useless “assessments” added. The C-level management is old, and there is no hope for this company. Zero development or innovation. I genuinely don’t understand why anyone would want to buy their services. If you’re looking for professional growth, meaningful work, and a healthy working atmosphere, without living in an Indian caste system for eight hours a day, avoid this place. And, unsurprisingly, the pay is very low. Given the nonexistent quality of the product, I’m not surprised.

Pros

MAX provides an excellent product, in regards to both physical security and intelligence analysis. As a former employee, I can attest that the work environment is demanding and highly beneficial. The overall office atmosphere is also very engaging. But overall, analysts will be required to learn quickly, and will be tested on a daily basis. For young analysts, MAX is an impressive start, and your daily output will be noticed within the company. There is also plenty of room to grow and attain further responsibilities. Whether you work in intelligence or operations, you will be surrounded by knowledgeable and motivated employees, with impressive and diverse backgrounds.

Cons

Analysts must be flexible in regards to scheduling. Occasionally working holidays should be expected. Also, considering it's a security position, new analysts are expected to work weekends every so often. Schedules are also not fixed for analysts.
