Lack of access to track performance of both staff and store such as a PnL statement, weekly individual performance reports, ability to pull up report ranges from previous years.
Store managers are accountable for everything yet do not have all access to report generation to allow accurate tracking in specific areas.
Paid time off black out dates and restrictions based on time of year. All employees locked down during the major end of year holidays. Not optional to go see distant family out of state for Thanksgiving giving, Christmas or even new years.
