      Pros

      Really good job. Started as a tire tech worked myself up the corporate ladder and now I’m managing a store thanks to the support of my manager and my RTM. Been working for this company for 5 years now and I would never want to work nowhere’s else !

      Pros

      Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

      Cons

      RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
