Pros
Mavis discount tire is a rapidly expanding organization taking the nation by storm with excellent customer service, excellent technicians, and transparency internally/externally. This organization supports their employees professional development to better themselves. Management is involved with day to day operations and assists people to improve their work place environment consistently.
Cons
As far as cons goes the only thing I wish was that vacation time and 401k plan was available after ninety days of employment as opposed to one year of employment.
