Pros
Mavis is a great company to work for I have been with the company 6 days shy of one year I honestly would have to say it’s the best company I have worked for. Within 7 months I have gone from assistant to management with great benefits and great salary. Also just last month I was a hand selected few that got to venture off on a full paid business trip as a company Ambassador that got to help another company that merged with Mavis and was given the opportunity to train the new company on our system. Mavis really does go above and beyond for their employees. Like if you currently aren’t happy with your job title or location they will give you the opportunity to transfer and they have also created job positions for people to make them happy instead of having them quit this company really cares and takes pride in their employees.

I honestly have no cons about this company they actually care about their employees what more could you want out of your employer
