      Pros

      I fell into Mavis discount tire on accident and they have completely changed my entire life I’m no longer living paycheck to paycheck and I have my peers and mentors at Mavis discount tire to thank for that, they provide me with a flexible schedule and a great enviroment to work in. I’m in it for life

      Cons

      I have yet to find a downside to working at Mavis discount tire so i cannot help out with the cons unfortunately I have zero complaints

      Pros

      Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

      Cons

      RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
