Pros

The weekly pay was convenient

Cons

You sign up for "extended hours" which means you're working at least 10hrs a day with no breaks. Then If u complain about not having a lunch break, they move you to another farther location to inconvenience you until you can't take it anymore. I never held a job where as an assistant manager you work over 8 hrs with no lunch break. Never again

Pros

I’ve been with the company going on a year and yes they really care about their staff. If you work hard and prove that your an asset they notice. I’ve received 4 raises in the almost year I’ve been with Mavis. My latest promotion was a store managers position.

Cons

It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of HR or payroll it’s like the answering service doesn’t rely messages to them.

Being able to help ppl in need

Cons

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
