Pros

Benefits to help out the communities and people around you with services and discounts.good people to work with in some stores, awful in others. Customer and worker interactions of store to store vary drastically with how in shop politics are. You can meet good people and lots of low quality workers as well.

Cons

Lots of pressure from upper management, long hours, low pay for quality of work expected. Trail you on like a carrot on a stick to get store manager position. Its hard work and you have to like to be a leader without leader pay.

Pros

Close to 50 hrs a week/ consistent schedule/ good pay/ bonuses

Cons

I don’t really have any issues, I like my job, my teammates, and my boss. Also the RTM . Everyone cool . I’m glad that I can make a career out of this job and support my family

Being able to help ppl in need

Cons

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
