      Some of the best reasons to work for maverik would be the comradery between upper, middle and loer management that helps everyone do their jobs effectively and efficiantly. It is a verry friendly work enviroment to work in.

      some cons would be getting the hours you need to be consistant and getting the time of that you want.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
