      Upbeat atmosphere, fresh company image. Some improvement on benefits.

      Cons

      Upper (corporate) management seems unapproachable or has too high of expectations. No concern for the little guy. Pay is inconsistant. There could be more benefits/perks

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
