Easy going environment, good staff and leadership.

Owner/President was an Auburn Alumni but the office was painted Alabama Crimson Tide Colors.

Pros -Great colleagues and management, very personable and great teachers -Great training program headed by other senior or mid-level associates which is usually done in the morning -Provides opportunities for quick advancement -Fun team nights and company outings every other week to relax and de-stress -You can take your own breaks/create your own schedule when you're out promoting non-profits at "community events" -You are taught the art of gaining someone's attention, relationship-building with them and turning it into a sale. If you are interested in face-to-face sales/marketing roles then this is the job for you. -This is a great introduction/temporary job to either build the necessary skills to making you a more valuable employee or just to have a reason to get out the house every day and make some cash. -You do have to dress business professional every day which I believe is good for professional development as well as your confidence. -You are paid weekly.

-The job description is pretty general for a reason because this is not a technical role, this is NOT an office job. There is a high turnover rate and the same people you see at the office on your first day will more than likely be gone a few months in. -These "community events" basically involve you setting up tables outside of various grocery stores and businesses around Indiana and standing there from 11:30-6 trying to solicit donations from the nonprofit. This is basically what you are doing for the majority of the day and you spend no longer than two hours a day in the office. -Between getting back to the office at the end of the day and settling up the proceeds for the day they claim you get off around 6 everyday but realistically be prepared to leave the building later than 7pm. -Due to the company having to be in compliance with nonprofits they work with please just understand that your ability to be unconventional or think outside the box will be limited with a company such as this. They are very much about abiding by the rules and protecting their nonprofits 501c3 tax status. -Be prepared to stand for 8-9 hours a day in this role so make sure you bring comfortable shoes. -You are not going to run up a consistent income from this type of role at first, You are paid 30% of what you generate throughout the week however most of your pay comes from commission. Some days you may make $100-$150 and other days you may bring home less than minimum wage. Very volatile earnings, if that isn't for you then neither is the role. -Because of how volatile and unstable your pay can be you must be prepared to work Saturdays and/or Sundays just to bring home a check that you can reasonably take care of yourself off of.
