Interacting with so many different kinds of people, working with non profits, fun culture (team bonding activities regularly), mentorship and support, traveling opportunities (business and fun).

Cons

Hard work and can be long days- if you do not enjoy talking to people this is not for you, The only reason I am leaving is because I am relocating with my partner.

Where do I even start - what’s listed in the job description is not anything close to what they have you do - they don’t compensate for gas - your basically begging people for money EVERY SINGLE day - no transparency - there is no proper break - they give you too options for pay but they’ll only hire you if you chose the one where you get commission - so insanely culty I only worked here for a day. Not even one day and I saw all of the red flags. I left mid job because of a heat stroke since they had us standing outside in the heat. And I never went back.

During our interview and onboarding process, we are upfront about the role’s 9 AM–6 PM schedule and clearly explain that the position is event-based, with the majority of the day spent outdoors. We also walk through how to prepare for varying weather conditions—including the need for appropriate clothing, hydration, and taking breaks when needed. We understand you chose to leave after less than an hour at your first event, but it’s difficult to get a full picture of any job or team environment in such a short amount of time. Many who take the time to engage with our process have found it to be both rewarding and full of opportunities for growth—personally and professionally. We value transparency and are committed to maintaining it throughout the hiring process. We encourage candidates to ask any and all questions during interviews to ensure alignment with their goals and preferences.
