A bit understaffed so workload is heavy, but you’re never expected to work overtime.

Small, dynamic and diverse team of creative PR people with really cool travel and hotel brand clients. Leadership has high expectations of everyone on the team, but people are rewarded for hard work with international and domestic travel to luxury hotels, promotions, raises and other perks. This agency doesn't have the hierarchy of many others I have worked at. Everyone from Account Coordinators to senior leadership are expected and encouraged to share ideas and contribute to an account's success. This means that junior team members get to travel, interface directly with awesome clients, attend events and more. The work culture is flexible and modern - hybrid WFH, fun perks and good benefits.
