Pros
The management genuinely cares and are decent people. They are willing to listen.
Cons
The job didn't end up being what I applied for and accepted. It was advertised as more of an administrative position, but then I ended up taking pictures of cars all day in all weathers. I knew that pictures would be involved, but not to the point of it being my only job. I feel like they wasted a lot of time training me on the administrative angle of the job, only to slowly take away those duties. It became clear after a couple of weeks that they never really had any intention of hiring an admin- they merely wanted someone to point and click a camera.
Beyond that, it was very difficult to get any other employees to interact with me, so I was extremely isolated and lonely. It got to a point in which the only thing people would say to me is "how many photos did you take today? Going out to do more?" I was frequently forgotten and really struggled to connect. Other employees would walk away as I started to speak, and it was excessively cliquey.
