      Pros

      They put on a good Christmas party and if you are in a management position you have it made, you will be paid very well and treated very well.

      Cons

      They do not make the managers accountable for anything nor do they have to have proof of reason to terminate. They exercise Nevada being a right to work state to the fullest extent.
