      Maven does not currently, nor has it ever, employed anyone in Hemet, CA. This individual might be a participant in Maven's Global Knowledge Marketplace, but they have never been any employee of the company. Glassdoor admits that it does not verify that reviewers actually worked at the place they are reviewing, nor does it verify the accuracy of the review. We are uncertain what is meant by "adjustment in the compensation system," as there have been no recent changes in how we compensate Maven participants.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to be successful at a company that is growing quickly and bringing a truly innovative service to big business. It's a close knit team, particularly in the SF office. There is always a lot happening, as you'd expect from a dynamic, growing company based in a city accustomed to changing the world through technology.

      Cons

      As the company continues to take on new opportunities, there are inevitably challenges that everyone has to step up and meet. It's certainly not the same everyday, so if you are looking for a work environment that is always predictable, you probably won't find that at Maven.

      No maternity leave, no bonus, insurance is deductible based not PPO

      Maven does not employ ITRS Consultants, nor do we (or have we ever) had any employees in Ohio. We do offer maternity leave, we do pay commissions and bonuses, and we have a wide variety of health insurance plans available, including PPO plans. This person does not work and has never worked for Maven.
