Company is very cheap and will not spend the money to fix equipment. Average work week consisted of Saturdays with an average work week of 60 hours. Equipment is constantly going down due to lack of operator knowledge and language barrier with a mix of neglected PM’s and a plant manager who wants the equipment to run as fast as possible 24/7.
