Lack of accountability, no process control, very young and inexperience employees in certain department. Currently transitioning from a German controlled culture to a US controlled culture. Outdated system, organizational structure, policies, etc. It's an old fasioned company with no innovation. Limited career growth opportunity as the company has been sold every few years and will continue down the same path.
