Worked long hours being a supervisor is expected, but there is none flexibility. employees here get treated with no respect and no support from HR. You worked in a none air conditioner environment but yet there is no chair to rest your feet when you are having down time. Upper management have no leader skill in the site when comes to support. They listen to who they choose to but yet you push your supervisor to the corner. There is a lot of fishy stuff going on In the company I will not go in to details.
