Best company and people I have ever worked for and best customers! This company truly appreciates not only the customers that make their business happen, but they actually care 100% about their employees! I have never felt more important as a store leader than with this company! I have gotten to meet the CEO multiple times in the past 6 years that I worked there and I have felt like my concerns and thoughts were actually listened to throughout the corporate team! If you ever run across an opening at Maurices you need to definitely jump on board! I am crossing my fingers that I get to work for them again and the only reason I am not there now is due to the location having to close due to lease agreements and no other location as of now in progress, otherwise, I hoped to be with them until I retired! I have worked for multiple retail stores and even other businesses, but this one has truly enriched my life both business-wise and personally! My district manager was also out of this world wonderful and we have established a true friendship that I feel blessed to have!
