Pros
The stores are excellent at communicating within their regions. There’s communication within all levels of employment. Success is celebrated and mistakes are seen as opportunities.
Cons
There was inconsistencies with sales between the online store and brick and mortar. That sometimes made it confusing for customers and employees. I will also say the pay is not as great as other similar retail businesses.
