Pros
Easy to learn the job. If you are naturally friendly and love helping women feel amazing this is the job for you. You do have to get customers to sign up for the loyalty program and try to apply for the credit card. Flexible hours and not very busy.
Cons
Pay is slightly low when compared to other retail jobs. You aren't guaranteed a specify amount of hours each week.
