They will work you to the bone. You get paid min wage but your expectations are so far from beyond any sales associate role. I found the customer-first setup (at least the way they did it) created the most petulant and self-absorbed, customers possible. The management isn't the best at all. You really can't move up throughout company no matter how much time you work at the organization and how hard you work. There is an underlying racist structure that moves through the organization. This is ironic considering the fact that the company prides itself on diversity.
