-Make you harass customers even if they tell you they just want to shop alone - try to make you spend a percentage of your income on their clothes (has to be the new ones not on sale) meanwhile they pay you minimum wage - Never allowed time off. I never asked for any but a colleagues grandma died and she asked for time off for the funeral and my bosses were so mad and joked about how they were going to ask her for a death certificate to prove it
