      Pros

      Amazing rewards and recognition. Anything from trips to Mexico to large bonuses make the work worth it. The discount is great and the training gets better everyday.

      Cons

      You will work exceptionally hard as a Store Manager to earn your pay. Expectations are high but if you are willing to put in the time you can be successful.

      AMAZING team and encouraging, helpful supervisors. Helped me in every aspect of life, even outside work. Definitely made connections for life.

      Cons

      Retail hours: holidays, evenings, and weekends. Lower than average pay, and benefits are not the best.
