Not vested in your growth, you are simply a mule. Company didn’t support my relocation (I became temporarily homeless), didn’t secure my health benefits in time under the terms of my contract, and lied about grossing up my relocation (paying the taxes on it) so that I owed thousands of dollars during my Covid-19 furlough. Taking this job was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made.
